School To Work Transition
SARAH, Inc.’s School to Work Transition program helps prepare students with disabilities for adult roles in their communities. Working with the student, parents and the multi-disciplinary team, SARAH, Inc. offers real world, hands-on work training, on the job supported employment,  social skills training, and other opportunities for students to participate more fully in the life of their communities.

Students in the School to Work transition program have an opportunity to participate in the full array of services SARAH, Inc. offers. Through coaching, instruction, and working side by side with other supported workers,  students are instilled with positive learning experiences that makes job success more likely.
